Therapy And Relaxation Classe
Courses on offer as follows:
Stress management – using cognitive behavioural therapeutic (CBT) learners identify sources of stress and new stills
Relaxation skills- learners acquire variety of relaxation exercise
Skills for life
Monday for the Intermediates 10am-12pm
Monday for the Advanced 12 noon- 2pm
Tuesday mornings. Tutor demonstrates and each week you take home your own hand made piece of jewellery.
Learn how to play the ukulele.
Flower arranging classes
Fridays at 11.30am – facilitator demonstrates and teaches.
Thursdays at 11.30am. Community space for men to connect and converse.

We run Chair Exercise classes regularly. Great for people that are not good on their feet but you still get the benefits. Well worth a try
We run Pilates classes every Tuesday evening.6.30 -7.30pm and 7.30-8.30pm
