6 week courses- held regularly-ring to find next start date. Exercise your body as you sit- perfect for everyone but especially for those with mobility issues.
Classes every Tuesday 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
Yoga & Mindfulness classes
Run throughout the year in centre – in day time and in the evening. Call the centre for further information
